payment plans are available only with prices over $150 these can be Splitted in 50/50 or three parts If the price is over $300

Make sure to send clear visual references and be HIGHLY specific, otherwise, i'm allowed to take creative freedom in case there's details not specified by the customer

An extra fee will be charge if there are changes that would require to change a whole pose, limb position, angle, composition, facial expressions, dress/ clothes or other characteristics that weren't specified beforehand by the customer please make sure to send any needed references and required details/info before the sketching stage starts

Changes that require to copy/replicate an exact style are not valid (such as other artists's anatomy/shapes/faces, etc) make sure that my style meets your expectations before commissioning me

Despite changes and edits are unlimited there's only three revisions allowed (including the initial sketch) Make sure to ask for every change before the revision step

during the coloring and finishing stage only small edits can be done (like color changing or adding some small details i would've forgotten) Otherwise an additional fee would be charged

Wips are sent only If the customer ask for them, or If I have to clarify something during the process that would require to send one

The finished commission will be sent to the client (watermarked) in full resolution via email, feel free to ask for a transparent png

Turnaround time could be between 3 days up to two months, it depends on the complexity of the piece, the queue size or if there's any matter in my personal life that may cause delay, the customer will always be notified beforehand.

I have the right to decline or cancel a commission.

You're allowed to cancel a COMMISSION only If you chose the payment plan option AND are unable to continue the payment due to cases of force majeure or other reasons. this cancel option is valid only during the sketch stage (before the second payment) you cannot cancel a COMMISSION during third payments

for unwatermarked, commercial or private commissions, an additional fee will be charged. feel free to contact me personally for more info

For commercial use commissions The png image (unwatermarked) plus the psd document will be sent to your email.

psd files may be edited by the client only for color adjustments or changing the canvas size. the client is strictly not allowed to draw over it or add any element/prop that changes the composition, shape or appearence of the requested commission. You have to contact me personally in case you want any additional changes.

As the author of the commissioned work, I am the only copyright holder. That means I have the right to use the commission for self promotion, advertisement, my portfolio, etc (Except for private use commissions)

I Will NEVER use your commission, oc, etc for profitable purposes or merchandise.
