PAYMENT

All commissions must be paid upfront before I begin working.

50/50 payment plans are available for commissions priced at $150 USD or more.

For 50/50 payment plans, the first 50% must be paid upfront.

The remaining 50% must be paid after the sketch is approved and before I continue with the final artwork.

Work will not continue until the corresponding payment has been received.

REFERENCES, CHANGES & REVISIONS

Please provide clear visual references and all relevant information before I begin working on your commission.

If a detail is not shown or specified in the information provided, I may use creative freedom to interpret it.

Please make sure my art style meets your expectations before commissioning me.

Requests to copy or replicate another artist's exact style, anatomy, facial features, shapes, rendering, etc. will not be accepted as revisions.

Up to 3 revision rounds are included during the sketch stage, including the initial sketch review.

You may request multiple reasonable changes within each revision round, so please group your feedback whenever possible.

Major changes resulting from information that was not provided beforehand may require an additional fee.

This includes, but is not limited to, changing an entire pose, limb position, camera angle, composition, facial expression, outfit, hairstyle, accessories, or other significant characteristics.

Changes required because I accidentally missed or incorrectly interpreted information that was clearly provided in your original references/instructions will be corrected at no additional charge.

Once the sketch has been approved, only minor corrections may be requested during the coloring/rendering stage, such as correcting colors or adding small details I may have accidentally missed.

Major changes requested after sketch approval will require an additional fee depending on complexity.

Once the initial sketch has been approved, additional WIPs will only be sent upon request or when I need clarification during the process.

This does not apply to Skeb / Surprise Me commissions, which follow their own revision and approval terms.

TURNAROUND TIME

The estimated turnaround time for regular commissions is approximately 5 days to 2 months.

Turnaround time may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork, my current queue, and unforeseen circumstances.

If a significant delay occurs, I will notify you as soon as possible.

Turnaround time begins after payment and all required references/information have been received.

Please mention any deadline before commissioning me.

Deadlines are not guaranteed unless previously discussed and accepted.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

All commission sales are final.

Please be certain before placing your order.

Refunds are generally not available once a commission has been accepted and payment has been made.

If I am unable to complete your commission, I will issue an appropriate refund based on the circumstances.

Chargebacks or payment disputes should not be used as a substitute for contacting me about an issue with your commission.

ADDITIONAL FEES

Custom character design: starts at +$50 USD, depending on complexity.

Rush commission: +150% of the base commission price

Commercial use: +200% of the base commission price, unless otherwise specified for a particular service.

Additional fees may apply for highly complex characters, outfits, props, backgrounds, or other elements not included in the base service.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, I retain the copyright and authorship of the commissioned artwork.

Purchasing a commission grants you the right to use the finished artwork according to the usage license purchased with your commission.

Personal-use commissions may not be used for commercial purposes, merchandise for sale, advertising, monetized products, or any other activity intended to generate revenue.

Purchasing commercial rights grants permission to use the artwork commercially but does not transfer copyright ownership unless a separate copyright transfer agreement has been explicitly made.

For eligible commercial-use commissions, an unwatermarked PNG and the PSD source file will be sent to the email address provided by the client.

PSD/source files are not included by default with personal-use commissions.

The PSD/source-file benefit does not apply to the Commercial: Streaming/Content Use license unless explicitly stated otherwise.

I reserve the right to display commissioned artwork on my social media, portfolio, commission examples, advertisements, and other self-promotional materials.

If a private commission option has been purchased or agreed upon beforehand, I will not publicly display the artwork according to the terms of that option.

I will never sell merchandise or otherwise commercially exploit your commissioned character/design without your permission.

The client may not claim authorship of the artwork, resell the artwork itself, redistribute source files, or use the commission outside the terms of the purchased license.

SKEB / SURPRISE ME COMMISSIONS

Skeb / Surprise Me commissions are based on artistic freedom and therefore work differently from regular commissions.

There is no sketch approval stage unless explicitly stated otherwise in the service description.

Poses, expressions, composition, and other artistic decisions are left primarily to me.

Requests and preferences may be provided as guidance, but they are not guaranteed unless I explicitly agree to them beforehand.

Revisions based solely on personal preference are not included.

If I accidentally omit or incorrectly depict an important character detail that was clearly shown in the original references, I may correct it at no additional charge.

Please provide accurate references and all essential information when submitting your request.

Individual Skeb services may include additional terms.

The terms listed in the specific service description apply in addition to these General Terms of Service.
